By submitting or posting Content, you grant patas.lk a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your Content across patas.lk and affiliated digital channels for promotional or operational purposes.

3. Images & Watermarks

patas.lk assumes no liability for:

• The accuracy or legality of listings;
• Loss or damage resulting from use of the platform;
• Transactions or communications between buyers and sellers;
• Temporary service disruptions or technical issues.

All use of patas.lk is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless patas.lk, its operators, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
